Great buying I have just purchased my second Volvo. I love the brand which is why I’m staying with Volvo but I did look at other dealers after they discontinued the xc70. Ethan and the customer service team were very helpful. I got all of my many questions answered and never felt pressured. They gave me the time and space to pick the best car for my family.

Great! An excellent experience. Derek was very professional and courteous from start to finish. No 'pressure' selling-he just presented the facts clearly and graciously. Zachary was delightful and patient in explaining all the features of the car once I had signed on the dotted line - and both Derek and Zach made it clear I could call on them any time for further help. Mark was very efficient and explained options very well, and Harold and Kathi were very kind and gracious. Would be pleased to work with all them again.

Overall good experience Dealership salesman was very good. Not pushy, not obnoxious, just informative and professional. For a young guy, he was very pleasant, professional and accommodating. Showed us several models that might interest us in the confines of his warm office. (Nice....since it was very cold outside). Purchase of 2018 V60 We hadn't been in a car dealership in 20 years and were not looking forward to haggling with a salesman. But, our 1998 Volvo had served us so well we were on a quest for a newer one. The salesman, Derek, was great - he is knowledgeable and patient. There was no haggling involved and the prices seemed reasonable. He showed us various models and let us drive a couple of them. We'll be back in 20 years!

Easiest car buying experience I went to Volvo Cars Cape Cod after being recommended by a friend to try the Premier dealerships. I went to the dealership with a certified Volvo in mind.
