Just the best! This is the second car we have purchased with Michael Mullen at Volvo of Cape Cod. Both times were easy breezy... I HATE buying a car, but they made it so easy, the deal was done before we even showed up to sign the bottom line. Easy to work with! All though we bought a Toyota from Volvo cars of cape cod they were honest and a breeze to work with! Mike was straight forward and made it very stress free. Coming from the vineyard timing is everything. We told mike we would be arriving around 11am. Right when we got there everyone was ready to go and we were in and out in under 2hrs which was amazing! And they were even able to get a inspection sticker! We will definitely recommend this dealership to our friends and family.
Great professional no pressure car purchase This is the third Volvo we have purchased from Volvo Cars Cape Cod. We had great experiences in the past but I still did my homework and compared Volvo dealers. I purchased a XC40 R version. I went to another dealer to compare pricing and they did the typical car dealership foolishness- offered me a low trade in value and no initial discount. Very Friendly Service Mike was great to work with. He knew we had some unique criteria for our next car due to a health issue. He had everything measured and the car we were interested in ready to go when we arrived. In addition, he allowed us to take the test drive home to ensure that the wheelchair and accessibility would work well. The process was easy and he was very pleasant to deal with.
