When you logout of the app (mobile and desktop app) you message history won't show and when you try logging out and logging in again even most recent ones won't show. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but it doesn't fix anything at all. I hope they fix this issue.

sometimes disconnects, great app for work and would recommend
Had a rough 2 weeks as we could not text through our main number..... This was elevated to engineering configured the Android app and now we are able to text through the main number. It took a little longer than I had hoped but now that it's fixed I seem to be enjoying the app as well as all the features Vonage has to offer! Just wish to customer service was a little more one-to-one rather than chat all the time. Chat just takes way too much time sometimes
Call quality is good but having a lot of trouble sending messages. Seems like there might be a filter of some words or something (not bad words). Some messages will go through while others don't
Some dropped calls or not great sound quality or they can't hear me. I'm on att lines...so I would think it would be better. Other than that I 100 love it.
Basic phone functions okay. Does not connect when vpn is on ; other phone app works with vpn. Sometime later... After being contacted by Vonage about this issue, the app is working with my vpn as of about the beginning of August 2021.

Good call quality, The only thing is you need to have a good network speed. The rest will be taken care by Vonage.
