simple and efficient UI, fast and does the job well
Great when it works. Very problematic with parked calls. Tech support marginal at best. Have used for about a year in retail with about 25 associates on our sales floor. Far too often parked calls never show up on staffs cell phone. But again. When it works it is fantastic!

I like the idea of this app for monitoring my work VOIP phone when I am away from my desk. In real-live use of this app, it is marginally helpful. The ability to monitor calls is sketchy at best. Many times, I do not get notified of a call or voicemail for several hours after the vent. Because of this, I have muted the phone part of the app as I was unable to take a call. Great integration of my office phone with my cell. MOST of the time, the call quality is as good as if I'm using my office phone.

The app is okay. The people on the other end of the call have issues hearing me about 50% of the time. I have noticed that the app never gives me the prompt to rate the call quality when the call is bad.
