Very tricky company. Always advertises the $ 9.99 plan for six months. I signed up for that during Christmas with a promo of $100 gift card. Never received gift card. When I followed up towards the end of my contract in December, customer service told it was mailed to CT address. However, I live in Arizona. They offered me to resend a Walmart egift card and they sent it to my email on Dec 12th evening. I tried to use the card in Walmart after a week and came to know that card has 0 balance. What a nightmare using this upgraded version 2.8.8. Does not connect over wifi or data. Stay at connecting till you or phone dies. Some times if connected by mistake, you or other party can not hear you. Such a poor development team and QA team these guyz have. They even can not provide you the previous version on requesting. They say, "Sorry it is not available". They do not have storage to back up their own code it seems. I am returning the device. Lets see if they refund or they say "Sorry it is not available".

Could use selective erase in the recent call list. Reception is almost always crystal clear, but according to the people I am calling, my transmissions are almost always quite broken, often unreadable. I principally use the app to make calls from foreign countries while in wifi coverage.
Tried numerous times to login into app but password doesn't seems to be working in the app .. I know for sure 1000% I'm entering a right password in the app however the password seems to working fine at their website.. What's wrong with the app why won't it take my password ?? Frustrated with app and deleted it .. It's just piece of crap!!!
So it's been over a week and I can't access the app every time I open it it goes black and then it closes. I've done everything the tech have told me and it just won't work.
But it crashes very often :(
Crystal clear, until it cuts out. Reminds me of the old days of analog cell phones. Wifi strength doesn't matter in my case. I could be standing next to my router and the conversation cuts in and out.
Call drops every other minute. Just no reliable.
