This app refuses to install and verify, for correct inputs, over and over. It takes me 3-4 attempts, including Vonage password resets, and repeated app deletions and reinstalls, before it accepts the inputs. Once installed, it works ok, call quality very sensitive to data/ wifi/ cell connection.
Pls update asap. Crashing while making phone calls.
The connection is super bad!!!!!
Very unreliable! Even on a 60 Megabit connection from Charter. This is a toy, and if viewed as such, you might rate it above 1 star like I did.
Had it been couple of versions earlier I wouldn't give 1 star. Call was disconnected every other minute. It has improved and need to improve a ton. I m not sure why Vonage can't figure it when every free app works perfectly.
Calling from the app and disconnecting the call wont resume the bluetooth audio playing before making the call. Also, there is frequent disturbance to the people in India when calling from App. if the call is disconnected for any reason, there is no way the phone switches out of the call and you are stuck in the call. Worst on iphone 6s with ios 9.1. Exploring other options now.
Only few times there is good quality and it usually drops...not been saving that much to calls to colombia
It has some serious connection issues. I have been billed by my mobile service company for international calls all because this crappy app connected me to international number from home whenever the wifi or data signal levels are low. It didn't even prompt that it's going to apply the calling rates as per the service provider. I was billed an amount of $156 for calls to India originally placed through vonage but charges applied to my mobile service. Disgusting. Frequent call disconnect and I have had cross talk and mostly not reachable calls and have to try again and again
