The recent app update went into disaster. Now I couldn't delete the app nor install new app. The update struck there itself. Please do check all app updates before pushing it to production. Fix this defect asap since i couldn't open the app at all.

Vonage is expensive. Better to use FaceTime and some of the other services. They charge $390 for calls over data which are free with other services. No video. Call connection and call quality extremely finicky. Several times I have had calls dropped exactly after 2 mins 30 secs repeatedly.
The call drops and the call quality is terrible sometimes...so irritating!
On the latest update, they announce that we could get the voucemessages directly on the app, but that is not the case
I cannot open the app or delete the app very annoying.
Today I updated the app strange thing I saw, some of my contacts have images some don't have but after update these images are coming to every contact not related to the person
After this upgrade the device is getting overheated when we speak for couple of mins. I didn't face this issue earlier. It's only after the latest upgrade
Stopped working on iPhone (iOS 9.x) after 2 years of no problems. Getting Call Failed all the time. App is useless!!
