I switch from magicJack to use this app.magicJack I couldn't get calls coming in. I have the opposite problem with this app. I can't calls to go out. Every time I dial out I can't hear anything. I use this for my business and this is no good. more expensive the magicJack same level of service. No good, no good, no good!!!
The app is basic and does as advertised. Incoming calls are difficult to accept and the not all incoming calls are logged. Wish they had a favorite feature for phone numbers like the native phone app on the iPhone. Better yet, wish it could integrate into the phone app and let you chose cell or vonage
Almost every outgoing international call has delays, feedback, and it sounds muffled, even with excellent internet connection. I always have to ask the other end to call me back because the call quality is so awful.
Cons: when you receive a call on mobile, vonage goes to hold, doesn't un-hold I have to disconnect and call back.
Current version of this app is worst . This is not worth it Bcz it needs to use wifi or data to make a call. Previous version or app is working nicely like when we call it will use wi-fi or data then transfer to normal call n voice quality is also nice but recent app is very low quality n not working properly. It will continuesly using your data or wifi n quality is very low Bcz we are moving or in a car can't talk properly
Never had any app that is this slow takes minutes to start. Even though it has been around for a while. Works ok once start.
This is by far the worst app I've ever used. You have to use your password every single time you want to go into the voicemail and instead of going back to the previous screen you were just on, it kicks you all the way back out to select a phone number again which it will not let you do in the first place. Absolutely terrible and frustrating! We use this for business so are in and out of voicemail all day everyday. I'll just stick with the website to access our stuff...
The main reason I got this app is to block unwanted calls. It is a real shame that there is a 20 number limit. This should be unlimited for this app to really be valuable.
It rings but doesn't let me answer. I answer and it just keeps ringing. It has made me miss most calls and is very frustrating. I have tried to re-install it and it's no better. I thought phone through the cable was bad, this isn't much better. Good concept though.
