Good app and quality of voice but expensive monthly plans!!!
Helps a lot but lot of bugs
Not good at all. I received a call to my mobile number while I was on a call through this app and the Vonage call got disconnected. Same thing with any message notifications. When somebody calls to my Vonage number, sometimes my mobile rings simultaneously and sometimes it shows a missed call only and no ringing. Sometimes nothing happens in the app when I get calls to my Vonage number. Not stable enough to handle calls.
I just wish i didn't update the app. Now it's not working and customer service is nonexistent. Is there a less than 1 star?
This update is really bad , app was working good before. After update when I'm coming out of my house from wi-fi and talking on the phone , I'm loosing signal, it doesn't switch. Wen I'm using app and someone is calling I'm getting disconnected and many more ... Please !!! Go back to what was before. I don't care about the way it looks !! It has to work. You made it look better but f.... Up in a long run. I'll cancel my membership if u won't repair this !!!!
In Iphone 6 Wifi calling Vonage extension through Vonage extension is not working. Please help
Can't download the app because I have family sharing enabled. Please fix ASAP
I wrote a review on this app, yesterday, but it doesn't appear. Oh, well, I'd promised an update: Original Tech Issue: Initially, my iPhone w/Vonage Extensions did not accept any incoming calls (Yes, I'd linked my mobile #) and did not offer an "Incoming Calls" setting under Wi-Fi settings. I attempted to diagnose w/Vonage via chat, but all the chat agent could do was tell me to phone Vonage. I phone Vonage and the agent advised she'd report the issue to tech support and they'd fix things. I must confess: I wasn't convinced.... read more
The dropped calls are a nuisance- hopefully it improves over time.
