I get better reception using Viber calling to the Philippines and it's free ... After about 10 minutes talking using Vonage, the reception starts to deteriorate ... What was I thinking when I signed up and pay $50.00 for the service as opposed to having a free call using other calling service like Viber. Wechat or Whatsapp.... I take full resoinsibility for this bad decision of signing up with Vonage ... definite not renewing subscription ....
Latest version/patch crashes at launch on iPhone 4s. It won't even open.
This app needs improvement... it crashes very often
After the latest update using this app shuts down the phone.. It's better to avoid latest update or stop using this
I tried hard to report a bug that only allows you to see up to 4 of any one contact's telephone numbers (if you have a contact that has 5 telephone numbers, the app will only let you view and call the first 4). The latest update doesn't fix the bug so it's clear that I failed to get through the gauntlet that is Vonage Customer Service! To be clear, if Bob Smith has a 5 phone/fax numbers, you'll only have access to the first 4. (This issue may be further exacerbated for people using larger system fonts.)
When i updated the app on my iphone 6 it is crashing . App is not at all starting..
It uses your data when not on wifi, wish they'd use your voice minutes. Most people today have unlimited talk time on this plans
Unable to download update for the last 12 hours! Previous version does not work either....
I changed my vonage password and now the app gets stuck in a dialog at startup. Not happy.
