I don't want caller ID to be of my home number. Change it back asap. Stupid idiotic change by Vonage
New extension app has a bug. It always shows home phone no...irrespective of any cell no. I want to keep home number private while calling from cell using extension. This bug is no no for me.
All calls made from mobile through the latest extension app, displays your home number instead of your cell number on the called person cell phone. Called person will have your home # irrespective of you wanting to keep your home number personal and private!!! Also when the called party wants to call you back, they will call you back your home number and not your cell because that is the number they can see!!! Vonage has to quickly address this!
Please fix the issue with number display, it should show the cell number instead of account him number. Very dissatisfied with update and customer supports answers on the issue
I have tried wi-if only and wifi / cellular, cellular only options . The receiver at the other end (India) always complains of a flaky line. Vonage please attend to this.
Me & my wife both have iphone 5S and use vonage extension app for both phones. But sometimes call never connects. Have to wait for some time or restart the app. Or sometimes the ongoing call drops suddenly and never reconnects until app restart after some time.
When I want to look at my account I get an error from the web page. It's not been working for weeks already. Please fix!!!
Solid app but with update shows home instead of cell number in caller id. Please fix or give option to change.
