Every time I choose the keypad to place a phone call, I first have to press the delete key 10 or more times to clear the previously entered number from my last call. I sent in a tech ticket on this issue six months ago, but they still haven't addressed it! There is no need whatsoever to keep the last number on the screen after a call has completed (The Recents list let you redial). The manually entered digits should auto-clear, and this problem should have been caught during development initially.
It's use the mobile data and don't have good connection to the service. It is the worse application I have ever use 😭
Two issues with the new version 1. unable to reduce the volume when the phone is locked 2. have to wait for the phone to ring before locking the phone
Constant logout's, & requests to re-register. Once you get past that, then you get hit with 'service not available' error messages (even when on wifi). When you can actually place a call it works well, but I'm not sure it's a service you should depend on.
It's really good but lots of time thy charge extra money
Every time there is an update; there is an issue too. This time some of my contact numbers have disappeared from the Vonage extensions even though they are still on my regular contacts on my iPhone. Also most of my contacts on Vonage extensions show 2 and 3 times which makes no sense. Please fix these issues.
Why is this app not working.
I've been a vonage customer for 15 years. I travel a lot and was happy to see this app released a few years ago. Unfortunately it's a total dud! Works sporadically, doesn't stay logged in, sometimes rings for incoming calls and sometimes doesn't, overall just a crap application.
Although my iPhone connects with my car's Bluetooth, it won't connect when using this app.
