Useless outside the US, UK and Canada. The main reason I have VoIP is that I live in other countries!
Whoever the phone rings it shows 14-17 missed calls. But there is none. It used to keep ringing until the home line is picked up but now it only rings 3-4 times and stops. As I said more work is needed.
BTW, don't waste your time on this app if you have an IPad or IPod. You can't use this app.
So many issues. ..
The function of your home phone ringing through the App needs improvement. It just gives you an alert that a call is incoming instead of vibrating or "ringing" like other Apps such as Skype do. I always miss my calls because of that. If they can improve it, then the App will be awesome!
I am disaapointed that they havent upgraded there app to support Apple 6 and plus. It will dowload and you can call but it is one way receiving end cant here your voice.
1. Fails often to connect with Vonage network even with good data or wifi access. 2. There still exists few seconds lag when trying to call a number from call history. 3. Can't understand why they still don't have 'favorites' list like other phone apps. 4. Lastly this app started to take many seconds to let you switch to another app or go to home. Very buggy.
There are many bugs, crash, hanging and not connecting to designated number. But it is helpful sometimes to hook up my phone contact to connect.
This is non sense ... After I upgraded to iPhone 6 the app starts dropping calls ridiculous
