I never really used the app until it was updated a few days ago. Great job! Love the seamless integration. However, when I receive an incoming call I don't see the Caller ID information. It just says "Extensions Audio" under the phone number. If I go into the Extensions app and look at the call log, I can see the Caller ID info. It just doesn't appear when the call is incoming. Makes it difficult to screen calls in a world filled with robocalls, etc.
While I really appreciate being able to answer my Vonage calls on my iPhone, it's extremely difficult to actually answer the call. With a regular phone call, the lock status of the phone is irrelevant. With Vonage Extensions, you need to unlock your phone, navigate to the Extensions App, then wait a second to hit the "answer" button. By the time I do all this, the caller has hung up. Very frustrating! Make it answer as easily on a locked screen as a regular phone call and I'll give it five stars.
I love this new update, it make it so useful and easy to answer calls from the lock screen! Huge improvement from previous version!. Thanks developer team!

Most of the time Vonage app works better than any other app that I have used. I mostly call cell phones in Brazil and I found the quality to be vet reliable.
