For a year been using, pretty good app not super user-friendly but a good app 😊 overall

I have had issues hearing people on the other line and not receiving text messages. I seem to be constantly uninstalling and reinstalling this app.
I would give it a higher rating but unfortunately after every other call that I make I get a pop-up to rate the app. It doesn't matter whether I give it a thumbs up or a thumbs down I can't get rid of the pop up. I have to wait for it to clear before I can make the next call. This should be disabled so we don't have to deal with it constantly.

Unbelievable customer support, they genuinely want to help their customers, which is rare these days. Vonage, you have my business forever. Update on my review - Jonathan in New Jersey office is a hero in my case. Very friendly and helping guy.. He is an Asset to vonage business,
