Great application to use! The product is used within our organization around the world and it is really easy to use for both our administrators and our agents. The product is very easy to understand and easy to use. The big plus is that it is integrated in Salesforce that we use for our business. I recommend the product.
Excellent application Ideal for those that want an integrated Salesforce telephone system, delivers just what we want. Couldn't be easier to specify, nothing to install (of course), great user interface and excellent support.
