Libby needed a little attention at night. From what I viewed at 1pm in Sunday morning, she was very active at that time in her room. Barking and howling.

If you could get the video/pictures up sooner I would of liked that. It was the first time I boarded my grandkitty and I worry.
Absolutely nothing! Unless you can just keep your employees with our dogs the entire time. That would be nice. 😉
I never got my dogs report card. We loved when we used to get them.
All good except the following 2 recent issues: - our stay in August Lucy came home with most of her food still in the bag? - most recent stay, did not get a pup-date until the day after we picked up Lucy. Thanks
It took a long time to get checked out, as I had to pay for a new package, and the price wasn't coming up correctly.
Everything was great except one of our requests (which was confirmed at check-in) which was for the dogs folds to be wiped out with warm washcloths once daily was clearly not performed. We had provided the washcloths and when we picked up our dogs the washcloths were still folded neatly in the bag and the dogs folds were quite dirty.
We have moved up north with Larry 80% of the time. Our last visit was very expensive.
