I really did like this hotel for my dogs and the only reason they aren't getting 5 stars is, I told the front desk when dropping my boys off I'd be out of the country and nobody would be able to get in contact with me and asked if they needed anything to call my aunt and we when got back to the states I had 5 missed calls and voice mails from the hotel and my aunt was never called about the minor issues they had.

You did a good job overall. However, we left two messages to check on our dog and did not receive a response. Additionally, my dog had bad diarrhea when he got home and is still recovering.

I noticed that, for the last two times my dogs stayed at PFPaws, my dogs develop diarrhea for 1-2 days. The next time, I will send a stool sample to my vet so I would know whether the dogs have acquired something that causes their diarrhea.

We sometimes see it either the first few days of a pet's stay or towards the end as well. I know your fur-babies stay with us regularly and are used to the environment. Love everything about what you have to offer! My three dogs have stayed there three times so far and they love being dropped off there. Only bad experience was that two of them contracted kennel cough their last stay there (first time they had play time with other dogs). PLEASE ensure all dogs that stay with you are symptom-free before they engage in play time with other dogs.
Good, one thing, it did seem like our dogs were in the room considerably more then they were playing. Also, you need to improve the quality of your webcams.
