Make sure that there is one bed per dog / if two dogs then two dog beds
I requested a spa bath on the day I was picking up Charlie, I was informed at checkout that he received the bath the night before. When we got home I noticed that his hind legs were covered in urine and I had to wash him off, eliminating the point of paying for the bath. I should have checked him over before I left the facility.

I had to wait a little when I brought kitty in and when I arrived in Chicago at the airport, I called ahead to have them get her ready, but no answer, just a machine. When I arrived at the location, no was around and I had to look for someone to help me. That I was not happy about.
I think the vaccine that you want my dog to have is unfair. My vet doesn’t even given that vaccine shot. He has all his shots, and all his other vaccines are up to date.

This place is by far the worse dog hotel in Illinois! SUPER EXPENSIVE, EXTRA CHARGE FOR EVRY LITTLE THING, THEY FIND WAYS TO UP CHARGE CLIENTS. One hour early check in and out, extra 50% of a night stay. Holidays extra $10 per night and they make up there own extra days added to the actual holiday. They will offer you discount for writing a bad review, then do not honor the discount after booking. They make all excuses for not honoring discounts and 2nd pet discount. Been bringing in our dog sissy there for a couple of years, every time we travel from o'hare airport, last year they started getting greedy about raising their prices to $55 a night and on holidays they $60 for holidays which the days are not holidays, so they add their own "paradise 4 paws holidays" which is a joke. Greed is why business fail! So we called because we got a new small dog that we wanted to board for New Years for 8 days and they would not accept the 25% off for our new dog. Web cam was not working. I already spoke with someone. They checked and found it was not functioning also. Difficult to reach someone by phone. Calls are returned in untimely manner or not at all. Girls at the front desk at Ohara Location are very helpful and accommodating. Concerned about food distribution. This is being checked into.
