Horrible. We are a nonprofit dog rescue and we're looking to have some dogs in daycare one day for about 5 hours. Willing to pay. Was promised a call back nothing. Went in person they assured me I would get a call the next day. Still nothing. We went again and promised a call. Nothing. Well I would hate to think what would happen if they had a problem with your dog because it's impossible to get anyone on the phone or to get a simple call back. Have been on hold with Wag Hotel front desk for 14 minutes after being told there is 1 customer ahead of me. Once connected, the line disconnected. Bummer that this happened because we've been going here for the last 6 months to get one of our pups groomed. Mobile app is not intuitive and always receives an error when making a spa reservation.
