What a joke. You're reasoning is because he was in a play area?? I reserved a one one room per your hotel rules because he has not been neutered yet. So clearly, that's definitely not what happened, is it? Not even a good attempt. Talk about a bait and switch.

Hi Carolyn, we are sorry we sent Lucifer home to you with urine on him. We understand how upsetting this was for you, and we know how much you care for him and want the best for him. Our guests spend a lot of time running around playing in our indoor and outdoor play areas, and where other dogs play, sometimes after a day of play they don't smell their best. Impossible to get ahold of . GOOD LUCK trying to book a reservation online. I booked my reservation online, and it was PENDING for 2 weeks, I tried calling and couldn't get anyone on the phone. I also emailed them several times, with no reply. I tried calling 5 times, and was on hold for over an hour each time- and still never talked to a representative. Such a frustrating experience.
