This place is the least organized pet care company I have ever dealt with. We booked a two day stay and provided all of our documents (and were given the all clear). FAST forward to drop off and now all of a sudden, they won't take our pets due to a shot expiring during the stay (by ONE DAY). The lack of consideration is amazing...I mean we booked a vacation that has to be canceled. Do yourself a favor...find a better place to leave your pets.

It is with a heavy heart that I write this review. I actually waited for quite some time, thinking about whether it be worth it. However, after several conversations with other furents, it seems that way hasn't done only me wrong. The inconsistencies here are what have earned them a negative review. Last time I brought my girl here, she stayed in all day play. I am very active in what we provide her, so I booked a room for breaks because she tends to over exert herself. With this, I booked all day play. In dropping her off... read more

Have loved other locations but the Carson one was pretty disappointing. I have a feeling these issues are probably not experienced for dog owners but I wouldn't recommend this location for cat boarding. They lost my cat's water bowl and extra food in about a 24 hour span. They did remember my cat's extra food when I realized his bowl was missing and came back but never retuned his bowl. The camera was down the majority of his stay and unfortunately I'm not sure he was interacted with very often as when we pick him up from th... read more

* Carson Location * First and foremost...I recommend this place to anyone that needs to go to work, run multiple errands (may not be pet friendly) or you just want your dog to burn some energy and socialize. Heads up: Call the facility directly for bookings. If you call the general number or don't book online, it may generate your booking to the Oakland office. If your dog is boarding, I highly recommend the suites with the petzi cameras. My dog didn't do too well with sleeping in the kennels, but the rooms have camera... read more

What a joke. You're reasoning is because he was in a play area?? I reserved a one one room per your hotel rules because he has not been neutered yet. So clearly, that's definitely not what happened, is it? Not even a good attempt. Talk about a bait and switch.

Impossible to get ahold of . GOOD LUCK trying to book a reservation online. I booked my reservation online, and it was PENDING for 2 weeks, I tried calling and couldn't get anyone on the phone. I also emailed them several times, with no reply. I tried calling 5 times, and was on hold for over an hour each time- and still never talked to a representative. Such a frustrating experience.

KENNEL COUGH IN THEIR FACILITY!! Two of my dogs went boarding last saturday and we picked them up on sunday. They were showing symptoms of kennel cough. -honking cough -vomiting white foam -loss of appetite. We took them to vet and it is kennel cough And two dogs means twice the vet bill. We booked junior suite for two babies and this is what happened. Watch out everyone!!! Kennel cough is highly contagious!!!

They do not make it easy to book. I'd just like to know the rate, and the website makes me create an account, confirm the account email, then create full profiles for each pet (name, dob, breed, etc), then select dates from an unfriendly date selector. I'm on a mobile phone, and every step of this process is not user friendly. So I call the number. Get routed to voicemail twice. Maybe their service is great. I don't know. Unfortunately, I will never know, because they make the customer onboarding process very unpleasa... read more

Not only failed EVERY expectation, but got my dogs sick as well. Then when my wife called, we were told "no problem, it's just a cold. You signed a waiver." Cameras don't work, emails don't happen, people don't care.
