I had my dog stay there years ago and I will NEVER do it again. They Forgot to give my dog his SEIZURE medicine which resulted in him seizing. The manager apologized only after I confronted them.
DONT RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR PET HERE! I payed a whole "suit" for my 6 month old pup and I got her back all dirty and poop was on her fur I honestly think she slept in her piss as well .. my dog is black and white and here's a pic of her coming home to me brown.. so sad
This place is terrible. I dropped my dog off for a bath and nail trim and when I got him back his tail was tucked under him and he would yelp randomly. He couldn't hop on the bed and wasn't playing like he usually does. Took him to the vet and he has a slipped disk! 1k+ later my dog is still on the mend and is on bed rest for the next two weeks. ***update: I added a star because the staff does care about the pets. Although today I picked up my dogs from the kennel and there was more issues.... I paid for the 10 day package and pick my dogs up after nine days. Somehow I still owe money even though there was no additional requests. Plus, I guess there is a timeframe you have to use the package or you will lose your money?! Not very happy that I received a quote for one price and was charged $100 more. Called 3 times to have a manager/supervisor to call me and never received a call. One of the staff member a young person had better customer service and tried to help. Let alone I was receiving pictures of the wrong dog and it seemed to not bother them. My dog is on a special diet and I'm assuming she wasn't given her proper food because she had the runs when I picked her. This place is the least organized pet care company I have ever dealt with. We booked a two day stay and provided all of our documents (and were given the all clear). FAST forward to drop off and now all of a sudden, they won't take our pets due to a shot expiring during the stay (by ONE DAY). The lack of consideration is amazing...I mean we booked a vacation that has to be canceled. Do yourself a favor...find a better place to leave your pets.
It is with a heavy heart that I write this review. I actually waited for quite some time, thinking about whether it be worth it. However, after several conversations with other furents, it seems that way hasn't done only me wrong. The inconsistencies here are what have earned them a negative review. Last time I brought my girl here, she stayed in all day play. I am very active in what we provide her, so I booked a room for breaks because she tends to over exert herself. Have loved other locations but the Carson one was pretty disappointing. I have a feeling these issues are probably not experienced for dog owners but I wouldn't recommend this location for cat boarding. They lost my cat's water bowl and extra food in about a 24 hour span. They did remember my cat's extra food when I realized his bowl was missing and came back but never retuned his bowl. * Carson Location * First and foremost...I recommend this place to anyone that needs to go to work, run multiple errands (may not be pet friendly) or you just want your dog to burn some energy and socialize. Heads up: Call the facility directly for bookings. If you call the general number or don't book online, it may generate your booking to the Oakland office.
