I would not recommend this place for doggie day care. Took my 6 month old puppy for her first day care. Dropped her off at 7 am and picked her up at 6 pm. Upon getting her back I immediately noticed she was limping severely on her right rear leg. She would not put her paw down or put any pressure on her leg. I do not tend to complain about anything but this facility failed to care and watch over both of my dogs. It broke my heart to see my dogs in the condition they were in when I picked them up. On 11/11/2022 I dropped both of my dogs. They were there for a month due to a family emergency. I put my FULL trust into this place and my dogs were injured under their care. I haven't been able to leave this place a review. At first I thought it was a nice facility. I honestly feel like they should check on the pets vaccines record for updates. Because my dog came home with a canine cough. Mind you she have her 5 shots up to date which are rabies, bordetella, and DHPP. I also think that this place should require canine covid shot. I was really excited to take my dog here but the more he went the more i started to question the place. They're seems to be a lack in communication with front desk and the back areas. They forgot to feed my dog multiple times. My husband felt one of the times was in retaliation, one of the girls he felt had an attitude had an attitude with home. Employees here rude and disrespectful when I attempted to interact with them. Really negative
I was really excited to use this place but it was absolutely impossible to get in touch with them in time to trust them with a reservation. I thought it was going to be top-of-the-line service from the pix but no. Never did they call me back and they never return emails so what are you supposed to do? I got through to a live person one time in the 10 times I called there! Not trusting them with my dog!
The level of service and care from this business towards its guests has gone down significantly in the last one to two years. This last time I left my dog with them was the worst experience I had with them so far. I boarded my dog for 5 days and upon returning and picking him up, he had urine all over his paws and legs. I do not recommend this company. We booked and confirmed an all day play appointment as we were planning on taking my daughter to Disneyland for the day. When I showed up they could not locate my reservation and said they were overbooked for the day because of walk ins. It appears walk ins take precedence over those that book. Wag could only offer 2 hours of play for my dog and the rest of the day she would be cooped up in a room.
