I was really excited to use this place but it was absolutely impossible to get in touch with them in time to trust them with a reservation. I thought it was going to be top-of-the-line service from the pix but no. Never did they call me back and they never return emails so what are you supposed to do? I got through to a live person one time in the 10 times I called there! Not trusting them with my dog!
The level of service and care from this business towards its guests has gone down significantly in the last one to two years. This last time I left my dog with them was the worst experience I had with them so far. I boarded my dog for 5 days and upon returning and picking him up, he had urine all over his paws and legs. Two of the days he stayed there, he did not appear in the camera feeds provided. I checked during the appropriate times when the dogs where out. I do not recommend this company. We booked and confirmed an all day play appointment as we were planning on taking my daughter to Disneyland for the day. When I showed up they could not locate my reservation and said they were overbooked for the day because of walk ins. It appears walk ins take precedence over those that book. Wag could only offer 2 hours of play for my dog and the rest of the day she would be cooped up in a room. First impression was that the staff was super friendly & enthusiastic about helping us out on our first time dropping off our little guy for the day. The app that we had downloaded was easy to navigate. However, upon picking him up, not only was he completely soaked (in what looked like dirt + water), they failed to feed him despite us advising the staff with the specific time stamps (& portioned out in zip lock bags for easy access!) I had my dog stay there years ago and I will NEVER do it again. They Forgot to give my dog his SEIZURE medicine which resulted in him seizing. The manager apologized only after I confronted them.
DONT RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR PET HERE! I payed a whole "suit" for my 6 month old pup and I got her back all dirty and poop was on her fur I honestly think she slept in her piss as well .. my dog is black and white and here's a pic of her coming home to me brown.. so sad
This place is terrible. I dropped my dog off for a bath and nail trim and when I got him back his tail was tucked under him and he would yelp randomly. He couldn't hop on the bed and wasn't playing like he usually does. Took him to the vet and he has a slipped disk! 1k+ later my dog is still on the mend and is on bed rest for the next two weeks. ***update: I added a star because the staff does care about the pets. Although today I picked up my dogs from the kennel and there was more issues.... I paid for the 10 day package and pick my dogs up after nine days. Somehow I still owe money even though there was no additional requests. Plus, I guess there is a timeframe you have to use the package or you will lose your money?! Not very happy that I received a quote for one price and was charged $100 more. Called 3 times to have a manager/supervisor to call me and never received a call. One of the staff member a young person had better customer service and tried to help. Let alone I was receiving pictures of the wrong dog and it seemed to not bother them. My dog is on a special diet and I'm assuming she wasn't given her proper food because she had the runs when I picked her.
