We recently had a spa bath along with gland expression done for our little girl. The service was excellent, very quick, and our pup was soft and smelled great. We will be back and certainly recommend.

The staff is great and very flexible and accommodating for me and my little pooch and that is why I keep going back! However, one of the managers I met on my last visit was not! He was not flexible and definitely not accomodating. So stay away from management. If is wasn’t for that it would have been 5 stars.

The reason we were unable to accommodate that particular request on the last visit, was for safety reasons. At Pooch Hotel we have policies in place to keep everyone, including our pet parents, safe. We also have policies in place to lessen any unnecessary anxiety or stress for our guests. Please give Taquina a great big cuddle from all of us, and we hope to see you soon!

I love how flexible this facility, my dog seemed to love it! He didn’t want to go home but once we got home he slept from as soon as we got home until the next morning. The staff is incredibly nice, I love it!
