Pooch Hotel is a beautiful place that employs people who truly love dogs. My pup is so excited to attend daycare every day and he even refuses to leave!! The employees know him by name and their love is evident.

I believe you take excellent care of my dog. Your staff is very courteous and are such animal lovers. I have only one complaint.y dogs bedding and blankets always smell like they are drenched in urine when I pick her up. What’s that from?

The staff were very friendly and take a good care from the first moment. My disappointment was web site pictures. It did not match in reality. On web site it was look like single room with ceiling and walls and light on one of the walls. In reality it was just cubicle with a glass door.Please, be honest with information you are posting on your web site. Thank you.

It was so easy to set up a file for our dog and make an appointment! I also loved how conventioneer the location was, and how new/clean the facility is. We could see our BeBe on the webcam and it seemed like she was having a great time and that someone was always present! Highly recommend.
