Everyone that we spoke to on staff said the loved our sweet little (and very old) doggie. She is 19 and your firm treats her well and shows compassion towards her. When we decide to board our dog, it is a really big decision as it causes her stress, and us, and having 24-hour on sight staff watching over all the pets in the facility really gives us piece of mind. We greatly appreciate all the service and will come back as needed.

We have used Pooch Hotel for almost 13 years. Sadly, our beloved dog died. Last Tuesday we brought our new rescue dog, Lucky Boy for doggie daycare. The staff was kind, understanding and took great care of our new pet. We think Pooch hotel is the best!
