Dogs can be challenging and the PH makes my pup comfortable and safe. He's always happy and even though the price for a bath for a midsized dog rivals a fancy woman's salon he always smells good, is brushed and his skin isn't dry. We liked where we went before but the nickel and diming was terrible. That doesn't happen here.

I always trust Pooch hotel with Buffy’s overnight care. They have great staff at both locations (LP and WL) and the email updates that include photos during longer stays are a huge help at easing my anxiety.

Very professional but it was my dogs first visit and I would have liked to see where the dogs were playing. I have used other daycares and there is always a video of the dogs at play streaming in the lobby.

My pup’s experiences at Pooch Hotel have been great. It’s always hard to leave him in someone else’s hands, but the staff here really go out of their way to make you feel safe and comfortable entrusting them with your pet. For longer stays they send an email from your pet letting you know how they are. I really appreciate the extra touches.

Friendly and caring staff who were patient with all of my questions. And I love the webcam. I can check in on my pooch anytime I want to see how she is spending her day.
