Pooch does a fantastic job taking care of my pup. We live nearby and my dog is always happy to see the people that work here and walks right to the door when it's time for daycare or boarding.

My pup had is first day of daycare at POOCH. I have to say, we LOVED the VERY detailed report card and goodie bag we received. We appreciated getting the webcam link -- though it didn't work. I mentioned this and know the team is looking into. Our pup came home happy and tired from a fun day at play! Next up to try is boarding!

I first would like to start off by saying the overall experience was good! The staff was was very friendly and informative. My husband and I thought you were very accommodating giving us a tour since we initially brought our dog in for daycare but also interested in boarding. The complaints I have is the phone system with initially trying to get a live person on the line. I've been bringing my greyhound, Edie, to Pooch Hotel West Loop for years. The staff is incredible, the facility is clean and safe and my pet really loves her time there. I would recommend it to anyone looking for doggy daycare or hotel services. She's been to the spa and comes out looking her best. I love the Pooch Hotel and have every confidence in them to take the best care of my fur baby.

This was Zoey's first time at Pooch. When I arrived, I paid attention to other parents dropping off their fur babies...they all seemed excited to be there. Zoey literally is an only child, just my husband and myself. The environment is so dog friendly and it hits the high bar in comparison to other facilities.
