I really liked being able to see my dogs on the web cam. The staff was friendly and when I had a question, they answered me quickly. They sent a “pupdate” letting me know how they were doing. I appreciated that so much

Our dog Athena loves Pooch Hotel! Everyone is very friendly and responsive if we have any questions or needs throughout her stay. She attends daycare and will stay there if we are ever out of town. So happy we found this place!
1st time using the West Loop Pooch Hotel. We were doing a weekend trip in the city. We were able to get our Yorkie in the same day. They maid it so easy for us. They even called our Vet to secure her vaccinations record. Everyone was so nice & friendly. Loved it. My puppy was super happy when we picked her up. Definitely recommend and will use them again.
This was our first visit and our dog seemed very happy!! Staff was super busy but took time to show us around!! We live out of town but come to the city often, we will bring our dog back here.

Our pitbull mix, Roxy, is not dog friendly, and she is very nervous around new people. She loves everyone at Pooch Hotel! She is so excited to go there, and she always vomes home happy and tired.
Beny (English Bulldog mix/Beagle a/k/a Beabull) LOVES spending his day at the pooch doggy day care. The staff is extremely wonderful, loving, caring and very much attentive to all his needs.
