They're the best!
Pooch Hotel has been the most breathtaking experience to happen to my and my dog's life. The hospitality of this place is amazing. I felt as if my dog was being taken care of by my own mother. The staff is unbelievably professional and caring. I would not take my dog anywhere else. If I could, I would bring my dog here to spend every night.
Love the way my Max is is groomed and welcomed each visit.

From Roscoes past stays haven’t had any issues
Nothing. Simply nothing to improve. I was on my honeymoon leaving my pup with the caregivers at Pooch Hotel Chicago West Loop for two weeks. I was emailed every few days with how my dog was and a photo of him in play. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and a better place to leave my dog. He loves going there and really loves the caregivers at Pooch. I am confident leaving him with them because o know he will be loved and cared for the way I want him to be. Love the "Pup-dates" when I board my dog at Pooch. My dog can be a handful, but the staff is super friendly and can handle her well. Everyone I've encountered is very nice and trustworthy.
We love Pooch hotel. Been coming here for years with our little one. Nelly loves to come here because the staff is super friendly and she loves the other doggies. Nelly has boarded here also and it’s super clean and nelly feels like she’s at home. Love that you can also choose to watch your dog when you are away. Love Pooch hotel!
