Charlotte, here is the video we sent you of kali ( my pit bull ) via email with severe kennel cough. They state they are going to cover all expenses, - as seen in my previous yelp review below. Do not take your animals here. They neglect your animals and lie about care. I brought two dogs here September 27th- October 1st 2019. Both dogs were vaccinated for bordetella, and I asked them to be kept separate from group play. Kali is a pitbull and extremely sweet, but we vocalized our concern after she got attacked at a previous boarding facility. Ace is a lab mix, also very sweet and they are best friends.
