NOT at all worth the hype, neither exclusive nor accomodating as several other properties 1 Our reception- staff named Daniel- was condescending and disrespectful on our arrival, (and when we checked back for our room,sneering "your category is not ready". Unfortunately not what I have come to expect from Nobu and disappointed with my choice of hotel Unfortunately really disappointed, the facility's within the room were excessively priced and the fact that you would expect the coffee and water within the rooms to be complimentary at a 5* hotel, however $22+ per coffee kit and water at $10. was worse than i expected parking and toilet rooms was fine but the baothroom was terrible, parking was really terrible you had to wait for like 15 min to get out because of the system breakdown.

Fair The worst experience ever! 5* hotel? No way! The roon was’t clean. Hotel stuffs were rude, unhelpful and impolite. Definitely we will not come back.

High expectations meets less than adequate stay The elevator was just not functional we will get stuck on our floor, not able to go down, and when we would come to the ground floor, elevator to go up to our room it was non-operational almost every single time.
