Kevin came to us as a recommendation from 2 coworkers who were very pleased with his service. When he was contacted initially, he responded right away. He is so kind and personable. He always takes time to answer questions. It’s very rare to find someone so perfect for their job, and Kevin is it. We would never deal with anyone else again if given the choice. Mike secured my VA refinance after another broker claimed it couldn’t be done because my husband passed away during the refinance process. MIke really looked out for our best interest. Being inundated with lenders trying to court us for a refinancing our home loan we returned to our tried and true mortgage professional Mike the "Money Man" Carpenter. His nickname speaks for itself. Mike secured us the best rate in the shortest period with no hiccups. What I like about Mike is how smooth and easy-going he makes the process. He does the work and gives "no worries" a new meaning. He is especially knowledgeable about VA loans.

Mike was fantastic. He has a unique way of being patient, persistent and professional, all combined into one. When I would get busy with life and not respond to his emails or voicemails, he would patiently and persistently follow-up in a very professional manner.
