This company is okay as long as you dont ever have to file a disability claim,then the games begin one hand does not know what the other is doing, I had to file a complaint with my state insurance commissioner to get resuls and then they are still delaying proper payment .First we were told our payments were behind although the payments were payroll deducted,then dr note required every month ,then not required,then 17 days to process,now monthly note required although already sent and recieved by company,payment made for one... read more
