My father has been dead for 5 months and my mother is STILL waiting because you REPEATEDLY deny the claim on his cancer policy. Every bit of information that has been requested by you has been sent to you multiple times including doctor’s reports, death certificates, etc. You prey on older people who trust you and then you screw them over!! Just wait, I know an investigative reporter very well who is SALIVATING to expose you and your crooked ways on national television and social media. Good luck!

I canceled a policy and they stole almost $12000.00 from me. I have contacted my attorney, the Iowa Insurance Division and the BBB.

When I signed up, I set the date for 2 months later. 2 weeks before the date, I decided to opt out, so I called them up using their computer automated call. The day before the original date it was supposed to start, my bank calls me and says Washington National is trying to pull money from my account. Now they are trying to steal from me after I already opted out! Not a good Company at all!

This company should be ashamed of themselves. They seem to do anything to make it impossible to get information on any policy. My father passed away in 2017, I have written to them in Oct 2017 and Jan 2018 to change the address of the estate, and they have ignored all my requests. Every time I call, I am directed to a foreign country who handles their customer service, and they tell me the same thing....send a letter to PO Box 2022...and nothing happens. My agent got my birthday wrong so now I have to send in copy of drivers license or birth certificate before I can do anything with my policy. And now they have 2 different policy’s on me and it’s suppose to only be 1 policy so now they are taking double out of my paycheck, when I call I give them all my information but....
