Couldn't give a zero. Went for biopsy and mammo, kept me on the table for close to two hours, digging around in my breast, the doctor appeared to be taking all direction from the technician. Then when it was all "done" the doctor came to me and told me that when they reached the spot they were trying to biopsy that the cluster "scattered". How miserable can a receptionist be in an office with no patients? Evidentially pretty miserable! These people act like they could care less. Working in healthcare myself, first impressions are EVERYTHING so when you approach the front desk and the person barely says hello, doesn't bother looking at you and huffs and puffs because you're standing there..........with an empty waiting room, that's a problem. I have been getting mammograms at WRA for many years. I have also had several surgeries for problems during that time. The technicians and doctors that I have seen have always been professional and caring. Now, here's the rub..... Last year, I waited 9 days for the results of my 3D mammogram. I'll repeat, 9 days! I wanted to tell people to never bring children here. I had to bring my oldest daughter for a scoliosis scan and had to bring my younger children along, as well. From the second we walked into the waiting room we were treated rudely, given nasty looks, and condescended to. I have never been treated so badly by a front office staff. Never bring children to this facility.
