I tried to make appointment for mammogram screening today, the person who made appointment just hang off my phone because my English was not good enough to understand her terms.

Business practices are very poor. I received a bill dated 12/12/17 for a service performed 12/29/16 - almost one full year after the service. When I called to question the statement, I was told that there had been a computer problem and that they could bill me up to seven years from the date of service. When I asked how long I had to pay the bill, I was told that it was due upon receipt. If I have a choice, I will not use Washington Radiology again.

I went in for a pelvic ultrasound. After I told the ultrasound technician about my doctors diagnosis she basically said my doctor didn't know what she was talking about. I'm confused why she's giving me medical advice if she's not a doctor. The ultrasound she did lasted less than 5 minutes. It did not feel thorough at all. Tried to get an appointment for an an MRI however could not get in touch with in anyone that could do scheduling. I called 3 different times, got the service the first time left a message. They returned the call but I did not get to my phone in time. Called back no answer. Expectant Moms BEWARE!!! Worst ultrasound experience ever. I came in here for a 20 weeks ultrasound, the whole ordeal lasted TWO hours which should take no longer than one. The technician clearly didn't know what she was doing and told me to get into different positions, brisk walk, and still couldn't get all the necessary pictures. Staff was great- but I had to wait 40 minutes past my appointment time. Not acceptable- don't schedule so many appts. Women deserve a better experience our tone is valuable.
Couldn't give a zero. Went for biopsy and mammo, kept me on the table for close to two hours, digging around in my breast, the doctor appeared to be taking all direction from the technician. Then when it was all "done" the doctor came to me and told me that when they reached the spot they were trying to biopsy that the cluster "scattered". How miserable can a receptionist be in an office with no patients? Evidentially pretty miserable! These people act like they could care less. Working in healthcare myself, first impressions are EVERYTHING so when you approach the front desk and the person barely says hello, doesn't bother looking at you and huffs and puffs because you're standing there..........with an empty waiting room, that's a problem. I have been getting mammograms at WRA for many years. I have also had several surgeries for problems during that time. The technicians and doctors that I have seen have always been professional and caring. Now, here's the rub..... Last year, I waited 9 days for the results of my 3D mammogram. I'll repeat, 9 days!
