This office and Cheryl Hoover at the corporate office are the absolute WORST! Those I have interacted with are extremely unprofessional, rude and do not know how to treat their customers. It becomes a battle when trying to understand processes and procedures. They become highly irrational, defensive and argumentative and will yell at you then hang up on you when you question their actions or statements. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Find another radiology office if at all possible!

Today I called Washington Radiology of Fairfax and someone that didn't identified her name treat me so bad over the phone. I need an MRI and she was so unprofessional. I will never use this facility. She hang up on me more than 4 times put me on hold. I was trying to make an appointment since 12 pm and is 3:49. I talk to a supervisor Karen and send an email to the administration. I have not had my procedure but wish I would have read the reviews before scheduling so that I could have adjusted my expectations. The ample free parking is what made me schedule here. The front desk staff may be why I don't return. I was 6 minutes late for my 8:30 appointment. At 8:29 the front desk called and said we have you scheduled for an 8:30 appointment. Every.single.time I have the same problem. I arrive for my mammogram and they claim they don't have the order from my doctor. Then, I call my doctor who claims they sent it over, and has a record of it being sent. This year, I was prepared. I called the day before to ensure everything was ok. Not surprisingly, they again claimed they didn't have the order BUT this time said it wasn't required, so it wouldn't be a problem. Scheduling an appointment and getting the MRI done was fine but dealing with their incompetent staff for insurance filing is a nightmare. They don't do it in house but outsource to a third party that doesn't give a sh*t about their multiple errors and whether or not your insurance will pay. At the end of the day if their staff can't get insurance processed correctly, they will simply bill you the full cost and report you to a collection agency. Rude and unsympathetic. WR called me back for a follow up, due to an abnormal mammogram. I usually go to Bethesda office, which is great, but they sent me to Fairfax for the additional imaging. Got there and checked in. Waited a long and nerve-racking 45 minutes. I had worked myself into a full- on panic attack during that 45 minutes (nauseas and lightheaded). I had so many issues trying to schedule a MRI last year and finally gave up. Issues with them not receiving the Dr. referral, staff not calling me back, etc. I will not come here again!
Had a 12 noon appointment for a breast MRI with and without contrast. After waiting 40 minutes in the waiting room and then after being taken back, I was asked if I wanted to wait longer for a female technician, otherwise they could get started with a male. I went with the male. This was mid Oct and in June I had broken five ribs after a fall. I am pregnant for the first time and today I went in for my 20-week ultrasound. I was so excited to see my baby, confirm the gender and have a great experience. I have a regular OBGYN doctor, James Kacedan, who is THE BEST! He has incredible bedside manner, is very professional and informative.
