The front desk service at this location is severely lacking. It appears the receptionists are either overtasked or undertrained. They answer telephone calls while they keep patients waiting in line or they ask you to be seated then forget you are in the lobby. On two separate occasions I have arrived at the front desk and was told to be seated until called. HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE GETTING MY 18 WEEK ULTRASOUND!! 1. When I scheduled my 18 week ultrasound, I was told that it would include 3D imaging. In fact, I verified this twice with the scheduler, who explained that the 3D technology is standard at this point. Much to my disappointment, the entire examination was performed solely using 2D technology. Both the technician and the doctor refused to use 3D, even though I asked for that several times. The technician at Washington Radiology doing the 20 week ultrasound didn't say anything the entire time and ended up not even completing the full exam. They didn't find kidneys, spine. She pressed hard against the belly and made it a painful experience. The radiologist made the findings sound like they were life threatening only to find out later from the OB that they will resolve on their own. Avoid this office.

Very upsetting wasted my time here and definitely my money! my doctor had pink hair (forgot her name) but she was very unprofessional and one of worst doctors that I've had. Recommended me nexium which got recalled the next day and doesn't even act like she cares at all. This place deserves a 0 star just because that doctor with (pink hair)

I drove an hour here and they canceled my appointment with no notice. I've been fasting since yesterday & Have had situations like this happen many times in the past with this facility. The receptionist Tatiana was incredibly rude and should not be employed here

I have been going to WRA at Fairfax for years. However, after my HORRIBLE experience there in January 2020, I would never recommend WRA Fairfax or WRA in general to anyone! They took my appointment, but when I arrived, they said they could not fit me in. I asked to speak with a manager, but was denied. Instead, a Lead Tech took me into one of the dressing rooms, (obviously so no one in the waiting room could hear what was going on!) and explained they were too booked to fit me in even though I had an appointment. I am not concerned about whether I received accurate results, which is the ultimate concern, but the patient care needs improvement. To clarify, I am a Quality professional specializing in life sciences compliance and improvement. I would give this place zero stars if it were an option. Major HIPAA violations witnessed while waiting for my appointment. Saw the front desk use children with the patients to translate medical and billing information - not once, but twice. Only after one of the children was unable to translate "$1089", they got the staff member who spoke the patient's language. Patients names being read out loud several times. The worst - this is the 2nd time this has happened to me. I made an appointment several months in advance and took time off of work. When I made my appointment I carefully checked with the scheduler about paper work needed (did I need an order from my doctor - what type, etc). No - I was told no order needed based on my records - just come in. About 1 hour before my appointment (and 20 minutes before I was going to leave home) they called and said I did need an order from my doctor. When I asked how this was just disco... read more
