After a horrible experience with my mammogram and missing paperwork for a follow up, I demanded my records and left the office to seek treatment elsewhere. It was frightening and horrible. Washington Radiology sent me a letter saying I need supplementary imaging studies. They claim they called me 2 days later but got a fax number and sent a letter. My landline isn't a fax nor connected to one and I didn't get the first letter. They did the same thing a first years ago Breast health is important and deserves assertive and persistent outreach. WRA fails.
DON'T GO THERE FOR HEAD EXAMS! Went there for a head CT. The report said, without any hesitation or nuance that I had a 5 mm brain lesion in my brain and should do an MRI to find out what that was. My physician was very concerned and said I should see a neurologist as soon as possible. My family and I spent a week in hell, being worried sick (a brain lesion is always something very serious: tumor, cancer...). Don't go here if your insurance requires pre-approval! I tried to schedule 2 different appointments for a CT scan (under different prescriptions and procedure codes) and Washington Radiology did not even contact my insurance company about pre-approval. I called the insurance company to verify. Instead, Washington Radiolgoy called to cancel the appointment less than 5 days before my scheduled surgery for the same condition. Be wary and look for a more reliable institution.

Had 815 am appointment for CT. It is now 944 and I'm still waiting. Making me miss 10am work Meeting. Ridiculous.
been trying for days to schedule an appointment-- online form does not work. extremely frustrating- who has time for this
don't expect any follow up to the appointment requests you make by phone and via their online platform. you must call, and call. you would think they could do better.
Tried to schedule an MRI for the past several days. I have left messages. Spoken with receptionists who said someone would call me back. No one has. Incompetent office staff. They have lost my business for all future X-rays or MRIs.
Filling out forms online is a waste of time. Showing up 15 min as requested before the appt timeline is also a waste of time. Really poor service. Several people who came in after me have been seen already. The young woman receiving ultrasound patients needs additional training or perhaps a different job. What a waste of an afternoon off.
