Awful. Woman doing COVID screenings was rude and irritable. This is unacceptable given the fact that patients are coming in for life and death tests.

It is inexcusable to still be sitting in the waiting room 35 minutes after my scheduled routine mammography appointment time, especially during COVID-19. Wonder when I will be seen?! This happens on a regular basis at Washington Radiology. They Just can't seem to get it together. I come here because of the convenient location but just not worth it when it takes so long to be seen.

Rarely can get through and get a real person to answer the phone. They refuse to send out medical records requested. I have been trying to get them to send the medical records to another practice and to myself for 6 weeks. Have talked on phone, emailed many times, etc. They will NOT send. They will not provide phone # or email address of Center Director or supervisors. Impossible to get through to anyone. Very poor service. Do not use.

Wanted to do a chest x-ray. Called ahead TWICE!!! and asked will there be any problem since we had COVID but have successfully recovered, have the result that state the we are negative AND have antibodies. Twice we were assured that if we have these docs we are fine. We show up and they say since it says positive we gotta leave now. I am explaining that this is positive for antibodies. They didn't care. Wasted a day since I took a day off for this, and wasted $13 for parking in DC downtown. The worst thing is that if haven't... read more

DO NOT VISIT THIS OFFICE! I was having abdominal pain and was referred by my physician to get a pelvic ultrasound. As I'm still young (early 20's) I had a conversation with my mom prior to going and she told me to make sure that our insurance would cover the procedure or we would find another office to get it done. When I went in for my appointment, I explicitly asked if the procedure was fully covered and explained that I would cancel my appointment if it wasn't. I was told by receptionists as well as others in the offic... read more

Well, when you didn't think they could fail patients more than in they have in the past, they have succeeded. My daughter in law needed an MRI in the midst of coronavirus fears; she sent in her doctor's referral, arrived for her appointment, and, unsurprisingly, they did not have the appropriate doctor on duty, so she has to go back later in the week and risk further exposure to the coronavirus. WRI can brag about all the expensive equipment they have managed to purchase, but having high tech equipment does not compensate ... read more

I came here for my 20 week anatomy scan. My appointment was 9Am and was told to arrive early. I was 20 minutes early. Well it is now 11am and I still have not been seen. I drove over an hour to be here.

I had an appointment at 12:50 PM. I was told to arrive 10 minutes early so I checked in at 12:40 PM. AT 1:24 PM I was still waiting for my Mammogram. I told them that I was not waiting longer than 40 minutes. Once it passed 40 minutes I left. This is the second time I have had to wait almost an hour. No one came to me and told me they were running behind or if I would like to reschedule. I get the feeling from this company that their time is more important than mine. I have other options so I will be looking for a ne... read more
