It's five stars for everything but getting a copy of the radiologist's report for my MRIs. I called by 11 a.m. this morning and was told it could and would be emailed to me. I called again before 4 p.m. and they said they would try again. By 4:50--nothing. I understand the requests have to go through the IT department and the results have to be encoded, but please do not tell me it will be 30 minutes when it was not. Perhaps the leadership team could advise staff to say 30 minutes to whenever.

Business response:

Good morning, we apologize for this frustration you experienced with our office and getting your records. We will address internally asap. Will you please send us your contact information to feedback@solismammo.com and we will reach out to you. Thank you.

I'd give it ZERO stars if I possibly could. I'm new to the area, having moved here two months ago. Some lumps had been found 18 months before that I had been having 6-month follow-ups on, and now was time for the final follow-up. I haven't found a doctor here yet (I've been here two months!). Still I was able to set up an appointment online 3 weeks before, even after speaking with staff. I got an email confirmation from them. I requested my records from Cigna (they hadn't arrived yet.) I showed up for my appointment wit... read more

Business response:

Blue, we understand your frustration. If you are scheduled for a screening mammogram, you do not have to have Dr.'s orders. If you are scheduled for a diagnostic mammogram, we will need Dr.'s orders so that we communicate the information your Dr. is looking for as well as the prior records so that our physician can review your history. If we can be of assistance, please let us know. We would like the opportunity to care for you.

Very Poorly staffed. Walk in X-ray to rule out pneumonia. When we checked in they said it would be 30-40 minutes. After more than a half hour wait they said there were delays due to lunch breaks and it was STILL a 30-40 minute wait. Sick with chills and nauseous. Had to leave and go home. Will try the Friendship Heights location later today. What a disaster.

This place has horrible service. They have had me waiting for over an hour since my appointment time and just brought me back to have a mammogram... the physician's order wasn't for a mammogram! And I've told five different employees I can't have a mammogram because I'm pregnant. Come on - any company providing medical care needs to pay attention not correcting a mistake after it's been brought to their attention five times is ridiculous.

I made an appointment and arrived early as requested. After waiting 1 and a quarter hour no one had seen me are talked to me since my check in. I told them that I s going to leave and could they credit my deductible back on to my HSA card. They could not. The technician came out to see when why I was leaving but could only promise that they would see be in the next half hour or so. I will find some where else that is a bit more orginized

Business response:

Jeffrey we are very sorry you waited an unusually long time for your appointment. We value our patients time and do our best to get patients on their way as quickly as possible. Somedays however, there are unforreseen issues that may delay us and we apologize for this. Please do let us know if we could help you again in the future.

Dr. Sandra Allison is extremely dismissive and abrasive. She didn't answer any of my questions and confused me more than anything. I would never go back to her.

I called ahead to see what about getting an X-ray for my 15 yo daughter. The woman on the phone told me I could come in as a walk in with my 15yo daughter. SO I took her out of school early only to be told they DO NOT see 15 and under patients. The only reason I'm not giving 1 star is because a very nice woman named Mutya gave us a list of referrals for other options. She apologized profusely for the misinformation.

Making an appointment was easy but I have tried 4 times to cancel the appointment and have been on hold for 20 minutes or so and I can't get ahold of anyone.

Business response:

Lauren we are so sorry for the inconvenience. If we can help you reschedule, please let us know at feedback@washingtonradiology.com.
