I have been trying to get an appointment scheduled for 48 hours now. I have used the online booking tool (where they promise to call for the appointment). As this didn't work, I made 6 calls, transferred between countless receptionists; promised to get called back - and still nothing. This a reservation system ad absurdum.
They are a complete mess. Do not do your mammograms with them! First of all, they take forever for you to get your results. Second, when they call you back after a need for additional slides, they make you wait weeks for you to get a diagnostic mammogram. They also take forever to send the Radiology report to your doctor. When you try to get an earlier appointment, they have scheduled me with offices which are closed for the day (with no apologies). I would urge you to go elsewhere for mammogram services.

I have always been very happy with the Fairfax staff when I go in for my annual mammogram, but not this last time. The receptionist refused to accept my doctor's office prescription of a screening mammogram, insisting that their records said I was to have a diagnostic mammogram. The receptionist insisted I call my doctor's office for a new prescription that was in agreement with their recommendation, and refused to do so herself. She also said I had 15 minutes to do so or would loose my appointment if I did not get back to h... read more
The person who did my mammogram was rough and rude.

Emailed them through their site to set an appointment 3 weeks ago.....Still no response. Went to another provider and they said "when next week do you want to come in?" I found much better service at facility with better Yelp reviews.
The procedure I scheduled with needed to be rescheduled or canceled, the call came in on Friday at 4 no apology was offered, simply wanted to move the appointment to Sterling or bethesda. The procedure is time sensitive and the ladies on the phone couldn't be less empathetic or understanding. They completely messed up my IVF-

Staff when I called to schedule the appointment and staff at the front desk were very kind and accommodating, but I had to wait 40 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. I was first taken to a room that wasn't cleaned from the previous appointment and was shuffled around until my actual appointment began. After a full hour I finally saw the doctor for less than 5 minutes. Not a stellar experience.

DR. ANJALI MALIK MISSED TWO HUGE CYSTS....THAT I POINTED OUT TO HER NUMEROUS TIMES! Avoid her at all costs. This is her page, for your reference: https://www.washingtonradiology.com/about/leadership/anjali-malik/ Also, the DC office manager, Latessa (hope I spelled that right) DOES NOT care about you. Or all the head doctors, for that matter. ****Full story***** I found numerous cysts in my breasts. Many of them were very small, but extremely painful. Around 3 were larger, around 1cm (2 of the large 1cm cysts were clust... read more
Terrible. I've been to the Fairfax location and they have always been professional and friendly. The staff at the DC location were mediocre at best. The technician was telling me to take shallow breaths and not to move which immediately started making me want to take deep breaths. Instead of calming me she kept reprimanding me which made it worse. Once done she told me she didn't know if they could use them or not. When it was time to leave they gave me my CD and I was on the way. Well after I had departed I received a voice... read more
