My girlfriends mom is here and every time she calls her she gets put on hold for a long time. The nurses never know whats going on. She has sent care packages there and her mom never gets them.

Took a tour. Dirty. A nurse was yelling st s patient. Smelled wretched. A family member of a resident said they will Steal your loved ones things. A staff said parking lot not safe. Was shocked the VA would place Anyone there....

my mother came in to receive PT and ended up in ER with an infection after we her family called 911. Thank GOD we called because the infection could have spread and been a fatally end. The night shift was horrible and called my mother a liar because she called us and we complained about elder care taking place. PLEASE, NEVER NEVER LET YOUR LOVED ONES NEAR THIS FACILITY

The social worker said this was the only Nursing Home that could take my love one. Later I found out that was not true. This place did not administer the proper medicine to my love one. Paramedics had to be called my love one was in the hospital for two weeks. The fireman told me if I hadn't arrived when I did I probably would of lost him. The doctor and nurse in the emergency room told me to report what happen which I did. My complaint has been substantiated.

I had a family member at this facility.He almost expired due to their not providing proper medication.The doctor was not available for consultation.She refused to discuss anything with us.Avoid this facility.In one week they never attended to his personal needs.He was still wearing ALL of the clothes he checked in with...
