Hello everyone I wanted to thank all the staff here working during this hard time. My mom talk nothing but nice things of this facility and the staff. I really appreciate all of you taking care of our family with out you guys I personally don't know what I would do. My mom calls me everyday to tell me how her days goes and she only good things to say ,how great the CNAs care to her. How awesome the facility is. Keep up the great care. Thanks for caring for my mother and everyone else.

Just wanted to say that this facility is a great facility we have alot dedicated and loving staff members especially the CNA's are such hard workers and work extra shifts to make sure that my mother n law has the proper care. My mother-in-law was staying here and she really appreciate the care that she has received overall. Had a great experience with the Waterman Canyon staff... Brought my mother to their facility for care and the staff was just wonderful, the clinic was very clean and presentable. Everyone we worked with were kind and helpful. Special shout-out to our admissions coordinator, Nancy! She was such a pleasure to work with and she really extended concierge-level service to us during the transfer process. I must've asked her a million questions and she answered each one with grace. Thank you Nancy and the Waterman Canyon Team!!

I'm a past resident that just recently discharged from waterman . I was here since last June and I can say that I'm pleased to have been a resident here. The care was exceptional from past experience in other facilities. Waterman is top notch . Giving care with smiling faces and the compassion to care for there patients and make you feel like family. . They really helped with my recovery... And Made me actually want to come and work with waterman as a future employee

I finished my IV treatment last week. Cleared waiting to be discharge. I had a pleasant stay in this facility. The recreational activities, games, religious services. Also, the 12-steps House of Worship recovery meeting initiated by Chastity and Angie. These two ever busy social service workers, still cramped in their bathroom sized office had also been helping me with my SSI disability claims. Wow!....last week and tonight...drive in movies. That's pretty cool what they do for the patients.

Horrible place they don't care at all! They dont check on patients my family member almost died here and blacked out. No medication was given they lied and said they were administering medication. The nursing staff pops the patient's medications to get high. This place is the worst please don't send family members here.

This place is very unsanitary. They don't check on patients my grandpa was here and they did not change him all day long he was soaking wet. I asked them for a shower bed they brought one to me and it had poop on it. I then had to sanitize the bed and the whole room. The Cnas are also very lazy.

My dad just got transferred to this facility from the hospital 2 days ago I when yesterday and seen that my dad they haven't clean him, they didn't clean the room the floored where dirty with mud and not clean, what type of care are they offering when my dad had a bag where he pups like a caterer and it was full and and the poop was coming out. Than today he got transferred back to the hospital and the facility didn't even notify us the family this is ridiculous.
