If their was a negative number I would choose that. This is a terrible place for anyone. They do not answer your call buttons. They do not have enough staff to properly care for their patients. They do not give the proper meds or care about their patients. Do not send anyone you love to this facility.

Please do not take your loved ones to this place. My dad was sent there to finish his medicine treatment and was neglected since he got there. He is a diabetic and was not given his insulin. The next morning at 6 am they brought him a pill for his sugar. My dad wasn't feeling good so he ask the staff to check his sugar. Mind you he didn't have no insulin from the day prior. His sugar was at 310 I was furious. I quickly whent n remove my father from that place. It's like my dad wasn't get better he was gonna get worst.

This is the worst facility for communication. I've been trying to get a hold of a loved one and they always give me a million and one excuses. I've tried talking to the social worker but every time I call I get told either she is not in yet, in a meeting,, on the floor , on the floor or have gone home for the day. I've called between the hours of 8 am and 4 pm to speak with her. I've also sent emails and have gotten no response. Also everytime I want to speak with a charge nurse, they are always busy. This is by far the most disturbing place I have ever experienced having to put a family member there and see them basically treat them like shit and not care for their patients the way they should. my father was here very minimally because I got him the hell out he dropped enormous amounts of weight while being here my father fell not once but twice having to be rushed to the hospital for stitches also being misinformed how it happened having to hear the truth from my father, he developed bedsores as well here they would t... read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE HERE!!! This place seemed ok at first but we soon realized they make up their own visiting hours different than what their website says. They had my mom sitting in dirty diapers for hours. They told us we would have to start visiting my mom outside...even in triple digit weather. Currently my father is at this shady place. Even though I live out of state, I'm able to speak to him every day because he has his cell phone with him. Within first 3 days he was there, he "fell". I don't understand how he fell if should be supervised at all times when he's away from his room. Yesterday I spoke to him about 2:30pm PST and he was still wearing the same diaper from the previous day. I just spoke to him (12:20pm PST) and again! he has not been changed!!!!!!! This place is not for your love ones. It is amazing how on their website they rate high remarks. Don't believe the hype. I lost my brother due to their neglect of care. I drove 6 hrs to see my brother due to COVID I was only able to see him while he was at dialysis. He was in so much pain i didn't understand why. He was transported to dialysis only in his depends and a t-shirt REALLY!! It was very cold in February at 4am that day. Okay so normally I don't leave reviews but I'd feel guilty if I didn't this time. I worked at Waterman Canyon for a short period of time and let me tell you, if you have a family member there make sure to check on them regularly or better yet remove them from the facility. They mistreat patients especially the ones who are not alert or can't speak up for themselves. This place is horrible , there communications was awful . My brother was a patient there . I had gotta a phone to my brother and I talk to him daily . When he didn't answer his phone I called the desk and asked for the nurse station . I never spoke to a nurse daily I was out on hold .
