Definitely one of the worst care facilities I've seen in San Bernardino. While visiting a family member I found the conditions there to be grimy and filthy. Hours gone by without being changed or tended to, no clean linen, didn't see anything used to wipe things down, the food did not look appetizing at all. How people have their loved ones there I have no idea. It's more of a homeless shelter for the locals in my opinion. NOT FIT FOR HUMANS! My family member was recently admitted to this facility after a 10 day stay in the hospital left her weak and unable to walk. She is 88 years old but was completely mobile prior to her hospitalization. Upon her arrival, via transportation, it took someone three hours to finally make their way to check her into her room. The administration, case managers and doctors are disconnected from the actual care the patients receive. I gave this a rating of 1 star only because of the PT & OT Department. The ladies there were excellent and cared about my healing an recovery. The food was atrocious, what they gave you. There was a drive by shooting just around the corner. My daughter wanted to transfer me to another facility but the administration said insurance refuses the request and when we asked insurance why, it turns out they'd never received a request from Waterman.

Do not send your loved ones here! My grandfather was not even there 24 hours and his dressing was not covering his surgical site, had feces on him/on surgical site, feces on floor, entire facility FILTHY. He was not receiving any care. The other patient he was roomed with had his belongings and clothes on. We had to immediately transfer him out.

My husband was admitted there for physical therapy rehab after he had been in the hospital. I was never able to get in touch with the nurse in charge of his care. They neglected to provide adequate care for him and resulted in getting a serious bedsore in which got very infected. This condition resulted in him getting sicker and he passed away. please do not take your loved ones th.

Previous person responses unrealistic the one before that restores is perhaps closer. Whoever I can pretty much ignored night nurse was about what time she came in to give me my pain meds. CNA's Clara is very good no one from the ministration has come to see me. Director of nursing promised. How do you say I'm better off to go home but th social worker his response to that either.

No one comes to see you when you call and ask for them and I have been left in in wet bed, brief for over 24 hours multiple times and it took my family threatening them with the police before a decent CNA could be found who was willing to change me!.

It's a shithole always running out of food Michael is a rude asshole in the kitcheni never get my oatmeal the laundry ladies are awesome Tao especially you know you get your clothes back if she's working cnas and lvns disappear a lot of screaming and yelling at night miserablequality of life here Fruit cocktail with every meal why not fresh fruit.
