I hate this place... please never send your love one to this place. My dad passed away because of their neglect. He was over medicated with Morphine, he had a bed sore that started from the middle of back, down to his growing, around his hip, down his leg to his foot. They allowed him to fall on a transportation van to dialysis and he broke his spine. Once being admitted into the hospital from dialysis. Okay so normally I don't leave reviews but I'd feel guilty if I didn't this time. I worked at Waterman Canyon for a short period of time and let me tell you, if you have a family member there make sure to check on them regularly or better yet remove them from the facility. They mistreat patients especially the ones who are not alert or can't speak up for themselves. I was shocked to see they keep an alzheimers patient strapped to his wheelchair majority of the day just to keep him from wondering around. CNA's and even some N... read more

This place is horrible , there communications was awful . My brother was a patient there . I had gotta a phone to my brother and I talk to him daily . When he didn't answer his phone I called the desk and asked for the nurse station . I never spoke to a nurse daily I was out on hold . When someone answered they said , it's Ned time call back or it a Neal time call back . After a week Someone answered my brothers phone and said he's not there they didn't know where he was . Terrible won't recommend it to nobody I was in as a covid patient worse experienced ever no therapy I was left in the room with a dead body from 6 pm to 4 am lots of noises at night some of the staff was really unprofessional no ac takes up to 3 hours just to get a cup of water really bad beds no showers every while I had to call my wife just to get a hold of the nurse social worker went in the room introduced her self and ask me if I needed anything so I told her I wanted to find out about my therapy and she never came bac... read more
My uncle is currently in this facility and has experienced difficulty with getting his clothes back from the service they provide. It's been over a week and the clothes that he sent to wash have not been returned. I called and left a message from the person that oversees this and no one has called me back. Very disappointed.
Horrible!!!. Filthy,body fluids on ceiling,walls,chairs and doors.All treatment is always late including pain meds..Horrible place.
This place is awful . If you have loved ones there go check on them ASAP . My mother spent about a month there and it was awful . It was always dirty and the employees just stood around gossiping instead of doing their jobs . I honestly can't believe this place is even open . On my last visit there I arrived to find my mother completely soaked and smelling of urine . Well I have been here to see my aunt and it is always clean. Been during the day and Evening hours for visiting. I never experienced that strong ammonia odor of urine or unclean rooms that u have in most nursing homes. Most of The women that I have talk to that are nurses or CNA's are on their job and doing what they are supposed to. But now whether to young social worker in the back room little room about a small as a bathroom. I went to visit my aunt here yesterday it was so bad she was calling her nurse and they never came once until my mom went to get some one to take her to the restroom they do neglect there patients. There three to a room which is horrible it's small there's no where for your guest to visit this other patient had to use the restroom and needed help from the nurse the lady kept paging her and no response nor did they come and check on them I would not recommend this place to anyone I am going to complain
