Jesse Somberg at Watermark was able to beat all the other rates I'd been quoted. He was always quick to respond to calls and emails, and made sure the escrow process went as smooth as possible, even while sick. My home closed a few days after Christmas, and working around the holidays was rough but Jesse and the team at Watermark made sure everything was taken care of. I'll make sure to refer any of my friends looking to buy or refinance over to Jesse.

Arnaud and the loan team were very easy to work with, returned calls, and explained details of the loan process. This was our 2nd time using them. We went back because the first time was extremely pleasant and comfortable. Thanks to the Watermark Home Loan team for all of their hard work!

I had a great experiencing with Watermark Home Loans. Rob and Genelle were very helpful, professional, responsive and knowledgeable. Watermark offers great rates and I felt like they really cared about me and were looking out for my best interest throughout the whole process. We even had to bump up our closing by more than 2 weeks and they made it happen without any problems. I would highly recommend using them for any mortgage needs.

Using Watermark Loans for my refinance was the best decision ever! The process was extremely quick and painless, and their mortgage rates flat out beat all other lenders. Martin Franco was great! He made our refinance seamless and easy! The whole process was very smooth. Loved the website where documents could be uploaded electronically. Highly recommend Watermark. The rates were great and Everyone was fantastic!

I believe I received really good service and good interest rate as well. The person from title company even told me I got really good interest rate. Philippe and Genelle were also very friendly and willing to help. They were always easily reachable and responsive to assist me. I really believe it was lucky to work with Watermark!

Jesse was a fantastic loan agent! We refinanced our house and ran into a couple of snags, but Jesse was there to help us through and get us the best possible deal for the mortgage. Would definitely recommend to others!
