I was able to purchase my amazing home thanks to the help of Phillip and his team at Watermark. I got my pre-approval in just hours. They provided me with detailed information on the forms required and were quick to respond to my questions. Phillip was available by phone and spent plenty of time explaining the process to me. The kicker was a rate that was 0.5% better than local lenders without a hike in closing costs. I would highly recommend Phillip and his team to anyone looking for a home loan.
I did some research on Watermark online, and their reviews were very good. It was a great choice. I worked with Loan Officer Phillippe Mouradian, and Loan Officer James Guest. Jesse Somberg at Watermark was able to beat all the other rates I'd been quoted. He was always quick to respond to calls and emails, and made sure the escrow process went as smooth as possible, even while sick. My home closed a few days after Christmas, and working around the holidays was rough but Jesse and the team at Watermark made sure everything was taken care of. I'll make sure to refer any of my friends looking to buy or refinance over to Jesse.
