My wife and I had a great experience using Watermark. We worked with Dominic and Genelle and it was a pleasure. We did a no cost Mortgage refi with them. Nine months prior we used them for our home purchase so they still had our information on file. This made the process very easy. We closed within 30 days with minimal effort on our side. The rate was great, any question we had was answered within the hour.
Justin made what should have been the most difficult process of buying a home the easiest part. He kept me updated and ensured I had all of my ducks in a row throughout the entire process. Worked with Jesse Somberg. He was great!!! Jesse would always immediately return calls or texts and took the time to completely explain the process and what the next steps were. Jesse also kept us informed on what was happening with our loan and what kind of loan would best fit our needs. I strongly recommend anyone working with him. I loved the level of customer service that we received! I never felt like we were just a number that was being pushed through the system.

Casey at Watermark Home Loans was very easy to work with and made the mortgage pre-approval process absolutely painless. The rates he was able to offer us were some of the lowest we found. We didn't complete the mortgage process with him due to our own circumstances, but we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or Watermark to folks looking for a mortgage.
I had a good experience working with Casey Lamm from Watermark to do a refi. Working with him was easy and he's very responsive when I had questions. Unfortunately, throughout the process, he does need to hand customers off to other colleagues in different departments, but this is normal during the lending process. I didn't work well with one of the main contacts I had to work with after Casey, so I wish I could have only worked with him, but this is not his fault.
