I had initially intended to use my previous lender, but after extensive research, decided to give Casey and Watermark a try. Not only did they beat the rates, but the customer service was exceptional, they were extremely efficient, and we closed on time. I will definitely contact Casey for my next loan!!!
I was very nervous working with an out of state lender on my vacation home purchase. It was a tricky transaction and not a typical morgage documentation process. Watermark and Casey had the best rates (by far) so I gave it a shot. Casey and his team were awesome to deal with. They were ultra-responsive and ensured a clean closing. I would not hesitate to use Watermark and Casey again for a future loan.

Watermark was a very easy company to work with and made the process simple . everyone was very helpful and they beat the all the other lenders hands down. i found it a problem arose they found a way to address it immediately .
