Jason is simply the best. We decided to refinance due to the great interest rates and the minute we called Jason he was on top of it making sure we took care of our task list and his team took care of their task list as quickly as possible. If we had questions, Jason quickly made himself available for a call and explained everything in a way we could understand. He locked us in at a great rate and the signing process was smooth and easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience or person to work with.
Jessie Nelson worked very hard for my business. I wrote an extensive review on Bankrate.Com. During the process of deciding where to get my loan, I put Jessie to the test asking him every question I could think of the to make sure I could trust him and his company to give me the best deal. Jessie was quick to respond even on the weekends. I was not expecting answers until Monday but Jessie was there it seemed like 24 hours a day.
I have had a few mortgages with Watermark. I was lucky enough to get Amanda Blankenship for the 1st one, and I have reached out to her for every one ever since. She is absolutely fantastic. I agree with another reviewer that if I could give her 10 stars I would. She makes the process quick and painless!!
